There are no iron clad rules to tell if a consultant can help, but there
are clear indicators such as:

Management is not sure that all its risks are being addressed

- Management believes that costs are not in line with their exposures
or that of its peers.
- Managers do not have the time and /or expertise to evaluate insurance
