Robert Duty is an experienced corporate risk manager with over 25 years of service in the manufacturing, hospitality, transportation and construction industries. Duty started offering his expertise in 1995 as a consultant and outsourced risk manager. Clients come from a broad cross section of industry and have ranged in size from start ups to $4 billion in revenue.
He earned his Bachelors degree at Lamar University and Masters Degree at
Texas A&M. In addition he earned an Associate in Risk Management. Duty
is a Licensed
Risk Management Consultant, and a Member of the Society of Risk Management
Consultants.
Tom Bonow brings over 28 years experience serving major risk management
clients in most
industry groups for a major international brokerage.
Throughout his career he has developed extensive relationships in the domestic, London and European insurance marketplaces. Bonow last served as Senior Vice President of Service and Marketing for Marsh Inc. In addition to his client responsibilities he has taught a number of commercial insurance courses.
Bonow earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College. His professional
education includes the Professional Management courses at Princeton University
and numerous continuing education studies.
Bill Hammond has served in roles as Risk Manager for a large construction
company and Insurance Broker for both Alexander & Alexander (Aon) and
Marsh, as Senior Vice President in their Dallas offices. In his 30 years
in the industry Hammond was responsible as an Account Executive and Senior
Manager for sales and service of Fortune 500 accounts, in a variety of industries.
Hammond earned his Bachelors degree in Sociology from St. Bonaventure University
and studied Law at the University of Tulsa Law School. His professional
credentials include Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU);
and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). Bill is a Licensed Risk Management
Consultant.
Doug Miller is a graduate of Cornell University with a B.A. Degree in Government. Doug attended the U.S.F.&G. Insurance School and trained two years in the Underwriting Departments of a major insurance company. Doug served as Commercial Account Executive with Allstate and as Vice President-Commercial Insurance in a Birmingham insurance agency. Doug has provided risk management and insurance consulting services for over twenty-five years to a broad range of governmental, industrial, institutional, retail, medical, forest products, property management and contractor clients. He is a member of the Society of Risk Management Consultants.
Ruth Roberson is an experienced risk manager with 20 years of service in
the real estate and manufacturing industries. She also has nearly 10 years
experience as an international insurance underwriter having last served
as International Regional Manager for Chubb Companies in their Dallas office.
Roberson earned her Bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University. She is a Licensed Risk Management Consultant and holds the professional designation of Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
Carolyn Ellis has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry. That experience includes both insurance brokerage and corporate risk management for financial institutions involved in lending, mortgage servicing and real estate.
Carolyn earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A & M Commerce. She holds the Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation.
